Here is the video of how it works:
The ninth-largest city in Switzerland with a population of 63,185 inhabitants has a plan (or to be more precise Plan B) to transform Lugano into the “European Bitcoin Capital”. Lugano, like a number of other Swiss cities, allows crypto for taxis, but its ambitions go beyond: the city’s authorities want to allow private and state-owned businesses to use crypto for everyday transactions. This Spring it was announced that Lugano in collaboration with Tether would make Bitcoin, USDT, and the city’s LVGA token de facto legal tender in the city.
Earlier this year McDonald's filed trademarks for a virtual restaurant that would protect the idea of a McDonald's restaurant in the metaverse. One of the trademarks was for "virtual food and beverage products," including NFTs, another was for "operating a virtual restaurant online featuring home delivery”, and one more for “providing online actual and virtual concerts and other virtual events.”
McDonald’s is keeping up with the developing world and paying attention to innovations that can change the whole game. It is not afraid of testing new ideas but makes it consciously and without rushing. This is wise and we’re loving it!
