After Binance.US canceled a one billion dollar deal with Voyager Digital, the troubled company has decided to wind down and distribute its remaining assets. However, the customers will initially receive only a part of these funds.

Voyager Digital is still unable to complete its bankruptcy process, with its deal with Binance.US delayed by the U.S. government and regulators.

Binance.US is to purchase Voyager Digital assets for $1 billion. Previously, FTX US had won the auction for the assets of Voyager Digital.
