Kyle Roche has started to withdraw from court cases filed by his company Roche Freedman. According to court records, the lawyer called off cases against Tether, Solana Labs, the Tron Foundation, and several other crypto companies. A couple of days prior he posted in his blog that he considers the CryptoLeaks investigation to contain “numerous unsourced false statements and illegally obtained, highly edited video clips that are not presented with accurate context”.
